The International Building and Construction Fair 'Bouwbeurs 2007' was a huge success for Bata Industrials. Held every two years, this year’s edition of the exhibition was held from 5 through 10 February at the Jaarbeurs exhibition centre in Utrecht, the Netherlands. In spite of the weather alert issued on Thursday during the exhibition, the Bouwbeurs still managed to attract 103.000 visitors.

The number of visitors to the Bouwbeurs continues to grow with every edition. And this also applies to the evaluation of the event: in evaluations, the event received reviews describing it as being 'good' to 'excellent'. This is part of the reason Bata Industrials was motivated to once again make an appearance at the exhibition.

Visitors to Bata’s stand consisted primarily of end
users, dealers and final- or co-decision makers.
These different groups were treated to a display of
Bata Industrials’ new and improved collections in all their glory.

The total surface area of the stand was 100 square metres and was shared with Bata’s distributor, Safety Centre International. In addition to the existing collections, Bata Industrials also presented the updated versions of ‘The Natural’, ‘BS2000’, and ‘Traxx’, and of course the innovations in its sock ranges in its 50 m². Safety Centre introduced the work clothing brand ‘ProJob Swedish Workwear’ and presented its ‘Craft Functional Underwear’ brand.
