From 19 to 21 October, Bata Industrials will be showcasing its latest developments at the Arbeitsschutz Aktuell fair in Leipzig (D) under the umbrella of the ‘Bata Energy System’. We are pleased to invite you to our stand there (H1E24).

Bata goes one step further
Safety footwear is not just about protection and safety, but about comfort and feeling fit as well. Wearing footwear that feels comfortable means you get less quickly tired, you make fewer mistakes and the chance of accidents is reduced. In short, you stay fitter and healthier too.

Bata goes one step further in the development of safety footwear, the latest proof of this being a twofold increase in the energy absorption in the seat region*. This can lead to the prevention of problems - even disorders - in the knees, hips and back. This development manifests itself in the form of the Bata sole technology, consisting of three elements; the patented Tunnelsystem, a shank and a special polyurethane mid-sole.

...and what else?
In addition to the safety footwear incorporating this technology, there will, of course, be other developments on display at our 60m2 stand. For example, Bata will be introducing the new Bickz collection consisting of 7 stylish models with lightweight non-steel toecaps and protective mid-soles, as well as the two new full grain leather Traxx models with the Boa lacing system. To complete the ‘Bata Energy System’ concept, we will also be presenting socks and inlay soles on stand H1E24.

* EN ISO 20344, the standard for footwear for professional use, prescribes an energy absorption level of 20 joules. Official tests have shown that a twofold increase in energy absorption is virtually attained when wearing Bata Industrials safety shoes.
