The “Work Safety in Industry” event will start again soon in Poland. This event is part of the ITM exhibition, the largest of its kind in Eastern Europe in the modern technology for industry sector. Bata Industrials will also be present at this exhibition to be held from 14 through 17 June 2011. Discover the latest developments at our stand, number 19, hall 6.

National coverage
Bata Industrials has several distributors in Poland. The safety shoes are even currently available in the entire country. At present, Bata is active in various industries, the largest of which are the automobile and heavy industry (metal and chemicals) sectors. Special footwear has been developed just for these applications.

This footwear will be on display during the “Work Safety in Industry” exhibition, among others, in addition to the models from The Natural, BS2000 and Traxx collections. The shoes will be presented among the stands representing industries for which they were specifically designed. And of course, the specials will also be present, such as the Traxx models, equipped with the revolutionary Boa quick closure system, and the waterproof Gore-Tex models which guarantee warm, dry
feet in wet work environments.

Safety conferences
Bata Industrials is happy to share its expertise in the field of safety and health on the work floor with other safety experts, occupational health and safety officers, and industrial companies. These close collaborations result in the best solutions for every work environment. Participation in exhibitions and company visits in Poland help create a platform for engaging in this dialogue. Bata has recently also started participating in safety conferences. A couple examples of this participation are the ‘International Workers Memorial Day’ in Wroclaw and the ‘Health and Safety active days’ in Warsaw.
