Bata Industrials looks back on a successful A+A exhibition in Düsseldorf. At a 200-m2 stand, the international Bata team, including representatives from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Australia, Chile and South Africa, presented ‘The Energy Footwear’ concept, as well as the new collection, including ‘Walkline® Inside’ to  record number of exhibition visitors. 

The Energy Footwear
Bata Industrials will be introducing a completely new safety shoe concept, developed based on 'The Energy Footwear’ idea. The concept consists of different safety shoe models which are suitable for nearly every work environment. From a basic line with six models, countless variations may be offered in the S1, S2 and S3 safety norms. These models are available with three different sole materials (PU, TPU and rubber), with or without toe protection, and steel or synthetic mid-soles. The models also boast various features that ensure a perfect fit, ideal climate management, optimum foot support, and protective shock absorption. The wearer will experience a higher level of comfort and have more energy, even after a long day at work. The models are also available in three widths for an optimum fit.

Appreciation for Walkline®
All of the shoes feature the Walkline® technology, which stimulates the natural action of the foot, thus helping prevent foot problems. There was a great deal of interest in this concept at the A+A. The potential for application in a broad range of work environments was particularly well-received. The bio-mechanical concept of the ‘Walkline® inside’ is also valued, and with this concept, Bata shows once again that it is a leader in the development of safety shoes.

Other collections
In addition to these safety shoes, there was naturally also a selection of other models from the Bata collection on display. Visitors to Bata’s stand were very enthusiastic about the Traxx and Bickz models with the Boa lacing system. The Cool and Thermo socks were also very well-received. When they wear the right sock and insole, employees will tire less easily and thus remain longer fit.

High number of visitors
The number of visitors to our stand was extremely high, which is certainly noteworthy in this very competitive market; the visitors included dealers, end users and suppliers. Watch the video for an impression.
